Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of a booked appointment will be charged 75% of the service(s) booked. Clients who do not show up to the appointment without cancellation will be charged 100% of the missed service.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note, upon your next visit to the Salon, you will be asked to provide a credit card that will be kept on file
